3 hours to get this far on a glove box is a sham! lol. I had to take the box and the plywood strips to the airport for fitting. 1/8" Ply is used at the entry of the box for rigidity at the top and bottom and also serves as hard points for the hinge and magnets. The reason this is taking so long is because I want it to be extremely precise. I don't want the door to touch the panel but I want it close enough to look flush. NOT easy when it means going back and forth to the airport. I really need to live on an airpark! I'll have to pick this up again later after testing the hinge and box on the panel again.
