The 3 ply UNI Layup was flawless and soooo easy to remove from the steel sheet. I then used my machinist ruler to build the box as perfect in dimensions as possible for a nice tight fit behind the panel. I had it within 1/32 of perfection when trying it on the panel. Sweet! I brought it home, placed the back panel on the box and added 1 ply BID around the outside corners. I then added a bead of Micro to the inside corners for a nice touch :) After cure Ill be designing the door that most likely will need a really small hinge, and a couple small magnets to keep it in place. I'll also need to make sure that at no point in time will it make contact with the panel. NO Scratches allowed on my panel! :)
