Brief Description:  Ribs n baffles

The strake skin was thoroughly sanded with a DA and 220 grit. I rounded up all of the bulkheads and baffles and placed them on the skin in the plans location. I then realized that I was missing 2 bulkheads from the kit I received. No worries however, because after extending my baggage area I wouldn't have been able to use the extra bulkheads anyway. I then aligned the bulkheads and baffles according to where/how the loads would be placed on the spar and prepped them all for install. The prep took all day. quite a bit of sanding/cutting was needed due to my changes to the plans but also due to the rough construction of each part. * I also have the Featherlite leading edge and baffle kit and am more impressed with it's construction than the Task research. However, it would also have been more work so the fastest path wins.
After getting a good dry fit on all the pieces, I added fuel flow vents where neccessary and started BID taping and Peel plying every foam edge that would be exposed to fuel after install. Of course these layups are extremely wet. A few of the flow vents were not finished and will be after install do to them being on Top and will be easily accessable then.
These parts will cure overnight and be installed tomorrow.
