Brief Description:  Floxing the baffles

I could say that today's work was tedious and be correct, however, there is something about listening to old Art Bell radio shows that helps pass the time. Todays show was about Bigfoot sightings. :)
ANYWAYS, I spot bonded all of the baffles in with 5 minute micro, then sanded them down just enough to clear the top skin and provide just the right fit. I made sure that the outermost leading edge was as low profile as possible in order to avoid mating issues with the wings leading edge.
After all that sanding, a very thorough cleaning took place and I added flox corners to every joint as well as 1" Peel Ply. The peel ply over flox is a real winner here as it exposes ANY dry spot or air pocket. As long as the peel ply is brown, the joint is sealed. Good stuff.
Now after 8 hours of Art Bell, I'm calling it a night and hope to be back at it tomorrow...unless a massive hairy Beast gets me :D
