Brief Description:  Bid Tape, skim, peel ply, and an unhappy wife.

Tonight was one of those " oh, a few strips of Bid tape? Easy, that will take an hour." WRONG.

Tonight included the following in order from beginning to end:

1. Surface prep,
2. Slurry exposed foam
3. fill flox corners with flox
4. Add Flox radius to each joint
5. Cut several strips of Bid Tape in a schedule
6. wet out all work areas with pure epoxy
7. lay Bid tapes and ensure no air gaps are present
8. Lay out peel ply on ALL Bid Tapes and ensure no air bubbles form under the peel ply
9. Apply first round of Skim coat to entire strake skin
10. lay out peel ply over all skim coat surfaces where fuel will be.

and 11........ tell my wife sorry for letting her think we would spend time together tonight and blame it on the "Epoxy that's already mixed and is starting to cure"

Rough Night.
