Brief Description: Install Rudder Cable Fairings / Fab AHRS Mount
Sanded smooth, ScotchBrited the cable fairings. Positioned, drilled, and screwed into place with self-tapping screws.
The AHRS installation manual suggests doing what you can to minimize vibration to the AHRS. I created a sandwich of metal / foam / metal on which the AHRS will mount. At this point, I'll probably use Velcro to hold the AHRS to the sandwich, and rivet the baseplate of the sandwich to either the center seat support (under the seat of course) or next to it, depending on available clearance.
