Brief Description: Aft Fuse Alignment / Initial Pilot Drill
The two front-most holes in the lower skin do not exist - they must be match-drilled to the existing holes in the lower longerons. For this, I used a blind hole tool. Pretty ingenious.
Once drilled, re-positioned the lower (top in the pictures) horizontal splice plates. Cleco'd.
Squared up the fuselage sides and pilot-drilled the left side of the lower crosstie. Still have to do the right side. Took some time checking and re-checking squareness down the length of the fuse.
