Tonight I bent the left and right aft fuse skin edges that requirea 14 deg angle for mating to the fwd fuselage.
I first practiced on a piece of scrap, using different upper/lower flange surfaces. I used my seaming pliers, as have several others, but was concerned about the result being a bit too wavy.
All worked out OK with the practice piece - not perfectly straight, but this edge goes *inside* the fwd fuse skin on final mate, so it should be just fine. When another piece of skin is held up to it, there are no gaps, so I'm fine with it.
