Brief Description: Position Center Spacers

Positioned, drilled to #40, and cleco'd right spar center spacers (SNX-W14-02) Also trial fit SNX-W14-03 web spacers to make sure hole spacing drilled yesterday was correct. Next steps: Quick debur of center spacers to allow them to fit flush, then fit forward/aft ribs into place for up-drilling.
