Continued with the aft fence baffle. Bent as per plans. The left side fits just fine. The right side, if fastened to the engine case as per plans, bows out quite a bit such that it does not fit the cylinder head. I'm thinking that I'll just have to say the heck with the plans and bend it to suit. Marked location for the intake tubes, but have not yet cut them until I hear from Sonex.
I don't know why, but I decided to get out the exhaust headers just to see how they'd fit against the baffling. Well, the left side is just fine, but the right side has a gap at the heads of almost 3/16" - too wide for several gaskets. I've sent a note on it to Sonex as well.
