Re-installed the panel tonight; bundled-up the GPS cable and RDAC data cables; secured to upper glareshield.
Finished stowing other loose cables. Lots of time, but just tedious work. I believe I've achieved good cable separation regarding RF coax vs proximity to data cables, along with power lead to data cable proximity separation.
Tested out the audio with two headsets to check the intercom function. No buzz as some have experienced when the Enigma display is running.
Still have to check with the engine running.
Found some aluminum paint; tried it the other day on a wingtip, but it scratched fairly easily. I did not sand the gelcoat or prime it, so today I sanded a test area of the gelcoat and primed it. Waited several hours and applied a light coat of aluminum paint to it. Will let dry a few days to see if it's any more durable than paint-on-unsanded-gelcoat.
