Brief Description:  Upper Aft Skin Debur & Re-Rivet #5 Rib

Frustrating night.

Intended to hit the shop and finish deburring the upper aft skin in preparation for riveting.

Deburred the underside of the top main spar cap (2 caps, each with a top & bottom side where the rivet goes thru). As I approach #5 rib, I notice that one of the rivets was not pulled correctly - it was under the nose rib, not thru it. ARGH!! I thought I had double-checked all of that when I assembled the rib skeleton. Oh well; drill out the rivet and put in a new one.

Then I got to thinking - it was tight enough that even if I got the head of the rivet off, there was no way to get the shop head out from between the rib and spar. So... remove the other 5 rivets and redrive them all. So I drill out the other 5 rivets - and discover that I removed the rivets from #6 rib instead of #5. Did I say ARGH loudly enough (well, argh is printable).

So... finished drilling out #5 as well, and re-pulled 6 rivets on both ribs #5 and #6.

Finished deburring the hard-to-reach spots on the main spar cap underside.

Replaced / retorqued the AN3 bolt holding the root rib attach angle that I removed the other day to smooth out the drill notches in the attach angle.

Deburred the entire top side of the upper aft skin. Still have the underside and edges, then rivet.

Tried to take a picture of the messed-up rib, but not enough light for the auto-focus to work, and I was too torqued to try and arrange lighting.
