Similar to the forward ribs, the 5 inner ribs on each side must be trimmed to clear the spar caps. 5 are trimmed; 4 have the reinforcing gussets similar to the forward ribs.
Marked and trimmed the rib flanges. Shaped with the scotchbrite wheel and an abrasive stone in the Dremel tool. Positioned and drilled to #40 the gussets on 8 ribs (4 each side, 2 gussets per rib, 16 gussets total). Up-drilled to #30 in preparation for riveting.
Deburred 6 of the 8 ribs and 12 of 16 gussets for holes and trimmed flanges; still have to go over all edge surfaces with the scotchbrite pad and do the remaining 2 ribs.
