Well, this past weekend I mated the spars, but wasn't happy with the left spar's tip wing attach bolt. It was a bit skewed thru the material. Clean hole, and straight, just not perpendicular to the spar.
Kerry advised that there wasn't a strength issue, but it was possible that upon mounting, the AN6 bolt head might interfere with the wing attach angles in the fuselage.
Rather than continuing with the wings, get them all assembled, and *then* find out a problem, I just bit the bullet and re-fabricated the attach blocks. Tonight did one of two. *sigh*
