Spent all this time measuring, measuring again, validating against the plans, etc. to mount the forward/aft root rib attach angles for both the left and right spars.
Machined angle component pilot holes were a bit off on both sides when trying to match up with the first angle on each spar (that which created the pilot hole spacing in the spar web). Had to grind off some material from both the left and right spar angles to get the holes to line up with the "established" holes I created from the first angle halfs.
Right spar was the "learning" spar; took a bit longer. Bolts were getting stuck in the holes; had to drive them out. Finally ended up reaming both halves and the spar at the same time, which helped much, without unduly expanding the holes (still have to press the bolts in with light finger pressure).
