Brief Description:  Horiz Stab Frame Prep for Riveting

Very frustrating day. Spent some time ensuring that the stabilizor frame was flat, norocking, etc. Spent additional time re-bending SNX-T03-03 angle brackets (both) that serve as the attach point for SNX-T04-01 to the aft spar. These parts are 1/8th aluminum angle that are part of the machined angle components option. They are supposed to be 10 degrees, but were a bit more than 12 degrees. It was enough that during the trial fit of the ribs, it was obvious there was going to be a gap regardless of how tightly I clamped the rib to it. Braced it with scrap stock and gently bent them (they are already riveted to the aft spar) to the correct 10 degrees. MUCH better fit now.

Disassembled the frame and spent a good amount of time deburring all of the holes, edges, etc. Discovered that one the long rib (SNX-T04-02), when drilled as per the locating holes in the aft spar, the rivet hole as about 1/64" from the edge of the rib flange. Rats. Fab'd another rib; much better, but then messed up THAT one drilling the pilot holes (had to lean over the table because I had the frame clamped down - pressed too hard on the rib during the positioning, so it ended up twisted).Fab'd a THIRD rib, and of course, this one was just fine. Test fit one of the skins to the frame, and the pilot holes in the skin lined up nicely with the frame.
