Placed, drilled and cleco'd bottom side of the left horizontal stabilizer. Matched up very well against the blue lines down the middle of the ribs. Was unsure how to proceed with the right side with the cleco's sticking out and all, so I decided to remove the left skin, do the right one, and test-fit the left one afterwards to ensure everything still lines up and is flat/planar.
