21.2: Step 1: Bend all rib flanges to 90 deg. Debur all edges. Step 2: Cleco Nose Rib and Doubles to Spar. Step 3: Cleco Nose Skin to left aileron nose assembly Step 4: Match-Drill counterbalance olng it's length w/ #30 bit. Step 5: Mark-Drill end of counterbalance. for left and right A-1004 Ribs, disassemble and final drill these three holes with #27 bit.
