Talked to Roger at zenith and he aggrees there is no reason not to use 95mm holes in the back holes of ribs 8 & 9. Made all the back holes 95mm and the front holes 115. The fly cutting went well.
Deburred all holes and flanged then with the steel dies I made last year. Used the arbor press with about 1ton pressure. I made rib 7 flanges first because the two rear holes go the other way. Then I did all the rest.
