Happy Ney Year! I can't do anything more on the FWF until I get those nuts welded to the exhausts and the new fittings for completing my oil filter/cooler setup arrive, so it was time to move onto one of the other jobs I had left for later, with so little remaining to do on my project, "now" has become "later" :-). So I decided to finally install the wing tips, I did not do those at the time I was working on the wings since I did not have the fibreglass tips yet, when they arrives I had already moved onto other things. Anyway, I started with the right wing tip. did some trial and error and followed the instructions of cutting the aft flange off the tip and making clearance for the spar caps. The taped it in place and drilled the holes. It will require some filler here and there as there are gaps between the tip and the aluminium, this is not uncommon.
