Brief Description: Dimpling and pitot installation
Today I made the cut-out hole for the pitot assembly installation in the forward skin. I then started dimpling the forward skin, this is very easy with the "super simple dimple die" as long as the holes have only been drilled to #32 and you don't use too much pressure on the rivet gun, 25-30 PSI seems to be enough in my case. I nearly completed dimpling the forward skin when I dropped the top half of the dimple die and it went lost under the table. I've searched for hours since then but I can't find it, it seems to have disappeared, I've even moved my work table but I just can't find it, this is very sad, I was going so well... I've ordered a couple of new dimple dies but it will be a couple of weeks for them to make their way over from the U.S. so I'll have to find something else to work on in the mean time.
