Brief Description:  Engine tuning, RPM reading issues, flap & aileron

A lot has happened since my last log book update, I just haven't been updating the log book.
I find with the aircraft at the airport now this is just something I don't get to anymore, so I'll just do bulk updates when I get the chance like now.
In the last couple of weeks I've run the engine quite a few more times and I now have 34 minutes on it.
It's running great, the AeroCarb basically has not required any more adjustments since I installed the 2.5 needle. It's running a little rich at lower RPM but perfect at WOT. I'm going to leave it like that for now.
The main problem I have for the moment is the RPM pickup on my MGL E1, I'm just not getting good stable readings, neither from the alternator or the magneto P-Lead.
They seem to be OK initially but then drop away after the engine has been running for a while.
I'm now contemplating using a hall effect sensor and/or another instrument for the RPM display.
I've also had my altimeter and airspeed indicator tested, the altimeter is off by almost 2 millibar but this should be adjustable.
The airspeed is way off, and sticky, not sure what's going on there, I'll need to investigate further.
Finally I've also been working on getting the flaps and ailerons positioned perfectly.
