It seems the slots according to the plans do not accommodate accurately for the brake arms, the slots needed to be extended towards the back. I searched a bit in the net and this is common, every builder has done this. I also found out most builders have made aluminium reinforcements as the holes in the fibreglass tend to wallow out/crack over time (some builders found out the hard way), so I made these as well today. Still need to make them for the other side of the axle though.
