I've cut a bit more off the aft side of the canopy tonight, it now fits well between the turtledeck and windscreen. I'll leave that as it is for now. I might take a bit more off later to achieve the 1/16 gap required. First I'll need to cut the sides, this will change the geometry of the bottom side of the canopy slightly which might mean more adjusting on the forward/aft bottom sides as well, but that's a job for tomorrow.
