I match drilled the canopy side trim in place. It is unclear what the correct building sequence is here. Some install the canopy first and then drill these holes, others drill the frame first and then match the holes through the canopy glass. I've chosen to do the latter on both the bows and the side tubes. I also drilled and clecoed the aft canopy to the side tubes but not to the bow, I still want to be ab le to slightly adjust the position of the bow if I need to when the canopy comes on. I drilled 2 extra holed in the top aft section of the side tubes to hold the corners in place, these are not there on the plans but will allow me to hold the corners in place when installing the canopy.
