With the intake manifold painted I started on the AeroInjector installation today. First it needs a hole drilled and tapped to attach the air filter, this was easy and luckily I had the correct drill and tap handy this time, no last minute online orders. I then test fitted the carb and bottom manifold part in place. Finally I decided to do something else and install the CHT sensors. I have the Sonex sensors which are installed by drilling a hole in the cylinder head just above the spark plug and then attach them with a self tapping screw, easy!
