I trimmed the forward side of the windshield tonight, only minor trimming on the aft lower edges remains to be done to match the windshield bow on the lower 5-10cm. I then decided to drill and cleco everything in place. This was one of those "scary drilling moments". I checked again and again before drilling the first hole. Everything turned out great, I'll still need to make and drill the canopy bow.
