With nothing left to do on the fuselage (for now), I started working on the wings today. My spar caps are underway from Sonex so I can’t work on the main spars yet, hence I started with the rear spar assembly. I bought my spar channel in one piece, holes pre-punched, legs bent to the correct 11 degrees past 90, all cut-outs done and correctly shaped. In other words, nothing more to do on those so I could go straight to match-drilling the various doubles, angles and attach plates to the spar channels, too easy! Everything has been drilled to #40 for now.
