After a couple of days of making sure I have the axles correctly set on the legs with a .7 degree toe-in, I finally took the legs back off with the axles clamped firmly in place and drilled the axles and legs on the drill press. I was concerned since this is where it went wrong last time but I'm not quite sure at which point it went wrong. I was extra carefull this time and yes! When I put the legs and axles back on evreything was still in place, I have a perfect .7 degree toe-in. Great!
