I made a pretty bad mistake during my last session, When drilling the splice F26-06 splice plates to the forward lower cross tie F24-05 and the fuselage floor skin F22-01, I learned the 3/16" clecos do not clamp parts as solid as the smaller gauge clecos do. The clecos moved and hence I miss-drilled the floor skin and cross tie holes. It took me a few days of swearing before I faced the facts and did what needed to be done, remake the fuselage floor skin and the cross tie. In the end it was not that bad, because I could still use the ruined floor skin as a template for the new one, I was able to remake it in about 2 hours, it did cost me a aluminium sheet which I needed for the turtledeck skins, I'll have to order another one. I'll still need to remake the cross tie.
