Brief Description:  Fixing screw-ups

Spent half the time repairing my screw-up reaming two of the holes for the NAS bolts holding the wing spars in the spar carry-thru bulkhead. Managed to obtain a NAS6607-30 and a NAS6607-33 bolt. Re-reamed two holes out to 7/16 diameter as approved by Rans (they will allow up to 1/2 inch).
The other half of the time was spent fixing an error in the assembly of the spar carry-thru done at the factory. The aluminum angles riveted to the rear spar carry-thru are not symetrical. One was factory installed backward. Ed Schwab at Rans had seen this before and provided me with a new seat rib that was longer and not drilled at the forward edge. This worked fine but due to being offset .200 inch I had to make a .200 inch shim and longer rivets to rivet between the angle and the rib to assure everything would line up for the belly skin and under seat panel.
