Brief Description: Trimmed flap outboard hinge pins
I spent a little time today trimming each outboard flap hinge pin. They were a little long and interferred with the aileron bracket at full travel. Not a big job, but I can now call the flaps done.
I plan to research the best way to secure the fiberglass wing tips while at Oshkosh next week. I am leaning towards using a piano hinge instead of screws or pulled rivets. Several builders on VAF have done it with good results.
