Brief Description: Fabbed hinge pin retainer, installed flap
I match drilled the right flap hinge and deburred first thing today. Next I fabbed a retainer to secure the hinge pins. I stole the design from a guy on VAF.net. I cut one hinge eyelet in the middle of the wing side of the hinge and two eyelets off the flap side. Next, I cut and bent to final shape both sides of the hinge pins and installed the flap and secured them. It turned out really good. Next session I will install the same retainer in the left wing.
