Brief Description: Back riveted aileron stiffeners, bent skins
Today Colten and I back riveted the stiffeners to the aileron skins. I then put a 1/8" rod in the trailing edge radius and held it there with masking tape. I used a 2x6 to hand bend the skin as much as I could. To get the radius even tighter, I used clamps to pull the board down as tight as possible.
I then moved on to the aileron spars and removed the blue plastic and deburred all edges and lightening holes before I quit for the day.
