Brief Description: Bought pipe hangers for wing conduit
While in KC this week I went to Home Depot and bought (20) pipe hangers. They are meant to be used for 3/4" copper pipe, but they will work well for the wiring conduit supplied by Van's. I stole this idea from another builders website. I plan to cut one of the tabs off and use a pop rivet to secure it to the #30 hole I drilled in the rib. The wire tie method seemed pretty light duty and I suspect they would have broken with the vibration, etc over time. Each wing will need (13) hangers so I will need to buy another bag of (10).
