Brief Description:  Rewired aileron and elevator trim tabs

Overnight I rethought my trim tab connectors, and decided to go with soldered connectors over the crimp connectors (with solder) that I used last night. I went to Radio Shack and got the necessary parts, came home, cut off the old connectors, and only then discovered that the openings were not large enough to accommodate the 5-connector wire from ZAC. At this point I had no choice but to re-make the crimp style D-Sub connectors (what fun), but I must say that I got quite good at it by the end of the evening. So good, in fact, that I was motivated to go back and do the same connections on my elevator trim tab. At the time I made the elevators, I viewed that connection as temporary, until I could learn an improved technique and get the parts. Now that is done, and all went well. Credit for the technique goes to Bob Nuckolls on his www.aeroelectric.com website. Here is the URL: http://www.aeroelectric.com/articles/macservo/macservo.html. The soldered crimp connectors, shielded with heat shrink and immobilized with E6000 Industrial Strength Adhesive (or simple Shoe Goo) gives me a real comfort that these ultra fine servo wires won't be coming lose or breaking any time soon.
