Brief Description: Determined top leading edge overlap and rivet line
Using the rachets strap approach, I tightened down the leading edge skin on the left wing in order to determine how much the skin overlaps the spar flange rivet line. I also needed to extend that rivet line onto the leading edge skin for rivet hole drilling to be done next. Since I deliberately left extra developed length on the skin, it overlaps slightly more than I would like (better long than short!), so I will place and drill for all my rivets, make the correct length and then trim the leading edge skin last.
