Brief Description:  Ailerons finished - all control surfaces complete!

I did my final cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, then primed all appropriate surfaces. Before replacing the clecoes, I set up the steel beams with the 13mm washout spacer and used that surface as my platform for reassembling the ailerons. Riveting went without a hitch and the end result was very gratifying. With this part done, I have now completed all the control surfaces of my airplane. To get to this place, I have spent 390 working in the garage. Judging from the thickness of the Photo Assembly Guide sections, I am 21% done (not the most accurate measure, I'm sure). At the very least it feels great to be able to move on to the fuselage or wings. Assuming my fuselage kit arrives in the next couple of weeks, I'll probably go that direction. If not, I expect I'll decide to complete my wing spars and ribs. Stay tuned!
