Brief Description: Located and drilled flap hinges
Perhaps because of being tired from recent travels and concerned about messing up my hinges (not cheap), I took my sweet time today in all things hinge related. I used my horizontal bandsaw to cut the hinges to the proper length. When it was time to place the hinges, I took pains to put the bottom of the hinge 3mm from the web of the flap bottom. That took quite a bit of measuring and checking, but worth the effort. The hinges look good and operate well. Now on to deburring, priming and riveting to complete my flaps.
