Temporarily mounted the right elevator and marked the HS skin for trimming to clear the elevator counterbalance. I was going to do the same on the left elevator, but had forgotten that I was in the process (many years ago…) of reskinning it due to a crack in the trailing edge at the opening for the trim tab.
