Rounded the two long edges of the F-631B-L outer strap. I initially tried using a 3” Scotchbrite pad in my die grinder, but didn’t get consistent results. Ended up using the vixen file.
Clamped outer strap to aft cabin frame channels, then match drilled #40, and deburred all holes in the aft edge of the strap. As yesterday, I should have match drilled to #30 for final hole size.
Trimmed the lower end of the right forward F-631A channel to match the right aft channel. Measured, marked, predrilled #40, and deburred all strap attach holes on that channel.
