So my Hertzler silver bullet had some serious paint peeling issues that we can't figure out where it came from. Nevertheless, Gary is a home run guy at customer service and completely re-finished my prop for me at no cost! It arrived today with a new set of belleville washers :) Looking so good, I can't wait to fly her!
