This time I chose more consistant points of reference to measure the sweep angles and wow what a difference. I now have a Canard AND Spar that are dead 90 to each other and the fuse. Can't beat that. I am also glad I took the time to correct the spar angle. In fact after spending 3 hours getting everything just right I applied the flox and stood back to look at it one last time and was shocked! Somehow while I was adding flox with a brush, the spar settled back to the bad angle I was trying to fix. What the!!!..... Anyways, it just goes to prove that making 3 measurements before doing anything should be a minimum. In this case It was like 25. :) I'll check the angles 1 last time in the morning after the cure, but if nothing changes then I've got a MUCH straighter airplane now. :D
