This is a job I've put off for a LONG time because it's so lame but important. I hate working in cramped places. I made the actuator cover a long time ago and If I did it again I'd extend the glass enough to avoid this metal work. However, Having a metal border will offer a stiffer lip for the weather seal and will also mean a tighter seal which is good. More work is still needed including glass work so stay tuned!
