So I plugged in my gear power wires backwards. Oops. Now my down switch won't work. Only gear up. Anyway I thought it was the switch but no go on that. Jack says that when the little yellow "resetting fuse" gets hot it means that there is a short somewhere in the system. This means that I have a bad wire connection...maybe. Otherwise my guess is that I fried a relay. I may end up sending it back to him as I don't really have the skills to start taking his contraption apart. blah.
