The lowes, "plug" approach was the perfect solution today. Drilled a 1/8" hole on top, inserted a short piece of Nylaflow tubing and floxed it into the holes. The round plugs allowed precise adjustment to align the cable with the pulleys. I swaged the cables up, installed the pulleys, and tested the system. I won't know if minor adjustments will need to be made until I fly it, but so far it feels solid and smooth.
