Mike Andresen came over and lent a hand, and an inch-pound torque wrench. Mike was a great help and especially agile at climbing into the aft fuselage to torque the seatbelt harness anchor.
The holes on the right longeron were drilled a little close to the angle and with a couple of skin rivets the fit was tight. We had to file off one side of the washer to sit flat, and had to carefully fasten the nyloc nut, and then torque the bolt.
We could not find a fastener torque spec for the cable attach and will have to torque that later.
Feels good to put a little more 'torque paint' on a finished component.
