Brief Description: F-696 fwd fuel tank attach

Review DWG 46 for the fwd fuel tank attach brackets and locations of fuel lines, vents, and brake lines. Decided to rough cut the F-696 brackets. Cut to length, and trimmed to approx width. Will get some sleep, and double check the shapes before trimming further.
