The NACA vents provide outside fresh air to the cabin for passenger comfort ... and in Arizona, that will be important.
They will connect to a 2" hose and panel mounted adjustable vent. The total hose length is about 15" and there is no temperature control, open/close only.
In the 2nd photo, it is clear that a little more shaping work on the top curve is needed (both sides of plane).
There will be RTV/Proseal, reinforcement on the plastic, and blint rivets to secure it all.
