Did some re-evaluation of the floors and decided to retain the 'factory' baggage compartment floor skins but discard and re-fabricate the seat floors. This is due to poor workmanship on the 1st owners fitting of the seat floors.
Photo #1 shows the baggage compartment and this is well fitted and the rivet holes are properly aligned.
Photo #2 shows the nutplate on the tunnel of the seat floor. The nutplate is too close to the edge as a result of being mis-aligned during the floor drilling. It appears that the floor was drilled without alignment of the 'rivet line' and "in-place" over the ribs. This allowed the rib to wonder and resulted in a mis-aligned rib rivet hole. This is illustrated in Photo #3 also and can be corrected by re-fabricating the seat floor skins, drilling a straight line of rivet holes, THEN marking a centerline on the ribs and drilling through to match. This will require off-setting the rivet placement to accomplish this task. Several nutplates will be removed and re-installed in a different location along the ribs.
